Classical Massage
Classical massage is one of the oldest natural healing methods (the earliest mention dates back to about 2600 BC) and through a Swedish therapist Per Hendrik Ling (1776-1839) it became a well-known treatment to heal ailments of the human body.
Massage is far from luxury: it reduces muscle tensions, subcutaneous adhesions and blockages, and helps blood circulation and lymph flow, reduces pain and psychological stress.
Classical massage (also known as Swedish massage) is performed prophylactically to prevent disease, as well as a therapy for all forms of muscle tension, cramping and training overload.

Massage and Reiki?
If you booked a massage therapy with me, you will also receive a bit of Reiki too, simply because Reiki just flows. I won’t be able to focus properly on Reiki when I am doing a massage because I need to focus on particular hand movements but if your body needs it, the Reiki will flow and you will feel it yourself as well.
If you have a fever or feel ill, please stay at home and cancel your appointment.
For cancer patients: please confirm with your doctor you are allowed to have a classical massage and bring the written confirmation with you.
Please cancel your appointment 24h in advance to avoid being charged full price.
I make no promises of healing, but I will do the best of my abilities.
