This website is owned and operated by Brown Dove, Tamara Brown company in Rapperswil, SG. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services offered. This website offers visitors to learn about massage and Reiki therapies and book an appointment. By accessing or using the website of the service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge, after that the costs will be charged fully.
Cancer patients need a confirmation from the doctor that a massage is permitted. If the confirmation is missing, I will need to cancel the massage therapy.
Therapies are paid after the treatment with either Twint or cash.
When booking therapies with me, you agree to Swiss data protection regulation.
I may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I keep the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason.
The Service and all materials, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Brown Dove company and cannot be distributed, copied, reproduced, transmitted, publicly displayed, publicly perform, published, adapted, edited without prior permission from Brown Dove company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tamara Brown of Brown Dove company, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamara Brown of Brown Dove company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
